Isobel Hannan – Associate Director
 

Isobel has over twenty years of experience in the recruitment industry with demonstrable success in finding talent on an international scale for niche and complex roles across diverse sectors.  At Oliver Sanderson, Isobel manages the executive HR interims and Business Change division and is one of the founding members of the JustInterims division.

 

Previously, Isobel worked as Head of Group Talent Attraction & Internal Mobility for a global business with 10K employees managing business-critical leadership hires and supporting the scale of operations in emerging markets.  Following graduating from Birmingham University with a Commerce degree, Isobel’s earlier career was spent in the recruitment consultancy sector specialising in both finance and HR recruitment where she progressed to Business Director level. 

 

Acting as a trusted partner, Isobel works with clients to resolve their recruitment challenges offering practical, creative solutions to deliver timely results.

Madison Godfrey – Client Account Manager
 

Madison has a BA from Middlesex University and started her career with an Engineering Company called SPIE UK within Facilities Management. She was placed on the talent enhancement program and went on to cover management roles within Facilities and Performance Management.

 

After four years of developing her career under a highly respected HR director, Madison decided to take her career into HR to follow her passion for people.

She was introduced to Oliver Sanderson in 2019 and has come in to develop the executive space around interim and permanent assignments. As part of a fast-track program, Madison progressed quickly to Manager and co-ordinates our executive research team of 15.  Her ability to understand clients’ needs and requirements and put a project plan together for delivery is exceptional.
